Can I mail packages at your store?
Yes, you can! We are an official Contract Postal Unit (CPU) for the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer most of the same core services you would find at a traditional post office, making it quick and easy to check mailing off your to-do list while you shop. Our Postal Services Include: Domestic Shipping: First-Class, Priority Mail, and Ground Advantage. International Shipping: Send mail and packages worldwide. Stamps: Available for purchase in both convenient books and full rolls. We have the same prices as the post office just with better parking! Can I bring my pet into the store?
No, we do not allow pets or emotional support animals (ESAs) inside the store. We have two resident shop puppies, Pesto and Pickle, who get just a little too excited when meeting new furry friends! For their safety and the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you leave your pets at home. Please note that emotional support animals are not trained service animals and are not covered under ADA regulations, so they are not permitted inside. Service Animal Policy Trained Service Animals are always welcome. If you are visiting with a trained service animal, please let our staff know as soon as you enter. This allows us to safely secure and keep our shop dogs away so your service animal can work without distraction, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone.
Do you sell helium balloons?
No, we do not sell helium balloons. Both East Hampton Town and Southampton Town have banned the sale and distribution of helium balloons to protect our local environment and marine wildlife. However, we still have plenty of ways to help you celebrate! We carry: Latex balloon packages (perfect for inflating by mouth or with a hand pump) A wide variety of other party decorations to make your event special Come check out our party section to see what we have in stock for your next celebration!
What are your hours?
Our standard hours of operation are: Monday – Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday: Closed Upcoming Summer Hours: Starting on Father's Day, we will begin our summer schedule and open on Sundays! Sundays (Summer Season): 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Do you have an online store or a way for me to buy online?
No, we do not have an online storefront. We love seeing our customers in person, so please come visit us in-store to browse our full selection!
What is your in-store return policy?
*Return Policy:* We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate smooth returns, please review our policy below: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. A valid receipt is required for all returns. Only products in new, original, and unused condition will be accepted for return. *USPS Sales, Blind Date with a Book and Trading Cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange* We do not offer cash refunds. However, eligible returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for an item of equal value. All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
